Yota's Story
My name is Yota Terzi. I was born in Greece, but in 2017, I moved to Edinburgh, where I completed my master’s degree in Business Psychology with Human Resources Management. I have always been passionate about aesthetics, which led me to pursue semi-permanent makeup in 2022.
This decision was one of the most rewarding steps in my career, allowing me to develop professionally, express my creativity, and build greater confidence. A key milestone in my journey was joining PhiAcademy, an experience that fueled my dedication to excellence. What is microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup technique that uses a manual tool to create natural, hair-like strokes on the eyebrows, enhancing their shape and fullness for long-lasting, defined brows.

What is the PhiBrows Course?
The PhiBrows Course is a specialized training program offered by PhiAcademy, designed to teach the art of microblading. It focuses on creating natural, realistic eyebrows using the Golden Ratio (1.618) to achieve perfect symmetry and harmony with each client’s facial features.
This course combines theory and practical training, guiding students through skin anatomy, pigment selection, eyebrow shaping, and the microblading process. With a step-by-step approach, participants learn precise techniques to create hair-like strokes for long-lasting, natural-looking brows.
Led by experienced PhiAcademy trainers, the course includes access to the Craft Master app, an online learning platform that provides personalized feedback and support. How long does the Phibrows Microblading Course last?
The Phibrows Microblading course begins with a two-day training program divided into two parts:
Theory
Day 1
The first day of the live seminar consists of theoretical lessons and hands-on practice using Latex.
The eyebrow design technique is taught in 8 steps, which are practiced separately at first and then combined into one complete method by the end of the session.
This approach helps students to grasp the technique without feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information.

- Essential application information
- Color theory and choosing the right pigment
- Measurement and the “Golden Ratio”
- PhiApp and CraftMaster App
- Eyebrow morphology
- Design templates
Day 2
The second day, following the in-person learning, will involve each student applying the technique with my guidance. At the end of the day, students will receive their certificate of completion.
After the course
Following the live training, students are granted access to the CraftMaster App, an online learning platform where all enrolled students undergo the Phibrows Microblading training remotely.
To successfully complete the course, participants must progress through all technical modules within 2-4-6 months, with continuous support from the Master.
Craft Master App
The CraftMaster App is an innovative platform designed by PhiAcademy to connect students with their Master for seamless communication.
All PhiAcademy students receive free access to this program through the CraftMaster App.
Available for download on Google Play and the App Store, the app offers a structured learning experience with digital course content, including videos, 2D animations, and images. The training is divided into 12 levels, each focusing on a specific skill or technique.
Students progress by submitting photos of their work for evaluation. Each submission is reviewed based on predefined criteria, and only when the Master approves the work can the student advance to the next stage.
To earn the Phibrows Artist certification, students must complete all 12 levels successfully. The CraftMaster App is the primary tool for tracking progress and refining techniques through feedback.
Each level has specific requirements, and students must advance step by step as they refine their skills.

Policy Terms
1 . Course Payment and Booking Fee
All course fees include a non-refundable booking charge, a Craft Master Licence, and a training kit.
The booking charge guarantees your place for the selected training session and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Craft Master Licence is issued solely to you and cannot be transferred or reassigned once payment has been processed.
2. Training Kit Policy
Each course includes a specially prepared training kit with all the materials needed for hands-on practice.
Please note that the items in the training kits have expiration dates and are specifically ordered for your course. For hygiene and safety reasons, these kits cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold after they are provided.
3. Refund Policy
Once payment is made, there will be no refunds for the booking charge, Craft Master Licence, or training kits under any circumstances.
4. Policy for Rescheduling
If a reschedule request is made with less than two weeks’ notice, it will not be accepted, and the full course fee will be forfeited.
To request a change in training date, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required before the original course date.
5. Craft Master Licence Activation
The Craft Master Licence becomes active once full payment is received and is linked directly to the purchaser. It cannot be changed, reassigned, or refunded after activation.
6. Acknowledgement of Terms
