Privacy Policy

  • Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive our services.

  • Deposit: To book an appointment a 25% deposit is required, and it will be deducted from the total payment.

  • Health Considerations: Clients with certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, or skin disorders, may not be eligible for PMU services. A doctor’s clearance may be required before proceeding with the appointment.

  • Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: PMU is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

  • Procedure Duration: Microblading appointments may take up to 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on the desired outcome. For SMP appointments, the time requirements vary.

  • Aftercare: Clients must follow aftercare instructions carefully to ensure proper healing and longevity of the results. These instructions will be provided after the procedure.

  • Touch-Up Appointments: Microblading appointments should be scheduled 4- 6 weeks after the initial appointment. For SMP second session is after 2 weeks and the 3d session is after 3 weeks.

  • Prior Tattooing: Clients with prior eyebrow tattoos must disclose this information during the consultation. The presence of prior tattoos may significantly impact the final outcome of the PMU treatment. We always recommend tattoo removal as the optimal approach to achieve the best results. Tattoo removal can help ensure a clean canvas for the PMU procedure, allowing for more precise and satisfactory results. However, we understand that some clients may choose not to pursue tattoo removal. If you decide to proceed with the microblading/SMP treatment despite having a prior tattoo, it will be done under your agreement and responsibility. Please be aware that the final result may be influenced by the presence of existing tattoos, and we do our best to achieve the desired outcome with these limitations.

  • Refunds: No refunds will be given once the procedure has started.

  • Arrival and punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in forfeiture of your appointment, and a new appointment will require a new deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to loss of deposit.

  • Payments: We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
    We do not accept personal checks.
  • Children and Guests: For safety reasons and to maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly request that only those receiving services be present in the treatment area.
